This agitator of growing media for mushroom is the newest product designed and developed by our company by referring to the grass processing machinery of US, Canada, Holland and so on, by integrating advantages and new technologies of multiple domestic and foreign equipments produced in the beginning of 21st century and based on our own experiences acquired in the manufacture of agitators for many years. This agitator is characterized by such merits as even agitation, high efficiency, large delivery capacity, simple and convenient operation, and high automatic degree. It is of modular structure and compact size, its maintenance is convenient and it may be operated simply by only a few of operators, in addition, it may be moved anywhere conveniently for use there and its application field is wide, which makes it very suitable for the agitation of multiple growing media for mushroom with high efficiency.
A set of agitator of growing media for mushroom is consisted of 3 pieces: a feeder, an agitator and a piler-mixer, and users may make selection based on their own specific requirement. Our company may design and manufacture other affiliated mechanical equipment for users. In addition, the capacity of agitator may be designed and determined based on users' requirement to satisfy their demand to the utmost extent.
1. Feeder (see attached Fig.-1)
The feeder adopts double rollers: the front roller rotates clockwise to discharge the stuff, meanwhile the rear roller rotates counter clockwise to level the uneven stuff layer fed by the loader and stop the too high stuff layer lest it should block the discharge roller to cause the damage of machinery.
Bearings on the two ends of front and rear rollers are equipped with screws and nuts for adjusting the height of stuff layer.
The chain of scraper of feeder is driven by electromagnetic speed regulating motor, and users select different feeding speed based on different stuff and specific state of stuff at the different stage .
The feeder is equipped with electric travelling and turning mechanisms, therefore it may be moved to other operation site easily and freely.
2. Agitator (see attached Fig.-2)

The gypsum hopper is used to load the pulverized gypsum, and the quantity of added gypsum powder may be adjusted at will by turning the adjusting bolt on the adjusting plate.
The chicken dung hopper is used to add fermented and liquefied
chicken dung and thin manure from pig farm or cattle farm. The mouthpiece on the hopper is just the mouthpiece for connecting with pipelines.
The cattle dung hopper is used to load the pulverized dry cattle dung, and the quantity of added dry cattle dung may be adjusted at will by turning the adjusting bolt on the adjusting plate.

3. Piler-mixer (see attached Fig.-3)
The piler-mixer adopts a single roller. The roller rotates counterclockwise to level the uneven stuff layer fed by loader, feeder and agitator, and stop the too high stuff layer lest it should block the screw mixer to cause the damage of machinery.
