In order to meet the requirement for high lever pavement,Our company produce asphalt mixing plant with LB1000,LB1500,LB2000 which adopts advanced technologies and scientific researching results from home and abroad. The overall plant are composed by Asphalt mixing body, Drying system, Aggregate conveying system, Hot aggregate hoister system, Stone and filler hoister, Screening system, Weighing system, Bitumen heating system(oil or directly-heated asphalt tank),Bitumen supply system, Bag house dust collector system, Finished storage hopper system, etc. The whole plant adopts Microcomputer Control System. Asphalt mixing body made by high quality armor plate, Burner and Sensor are high qualities in domestic. Auto-control system adopts OMRON Sensor, EVOC Industry Control Computer. The whole structure is reasonable, high automatic, and safe.

Aggregate Batching and Supplying System: Aggregate batching and supplying system is composed by ground aggregate bins and conveying belts. Ground aggregate bins adopt adjustable gate structure. User can adjust the charging size according to the practice demand, which can greatly satisfy with different users'demand. The conveyor belt from ground aggregate bin is driven by frequency transformation motor, which achieves speed stepless adjustment. So that Aggregate batching accuracy can reach +(-)1%. Under frequency transformation control, charging equipment failure is very low, which can prevent motor damaging and belts fault when it happen stone blocking in normal work .

Stone Drying System: The system consists of burner, fuel supplying system, dryer drum and automatic temperature control device. The drum adopts four speed reducers to control small friction wheel, which make big rolling circle rotate. It makes the whole equipment stress even and run smoothly. There are all kinds of different model wear-resistant vane installed rationally in the drum. It makes fuel consumption and drying achieve max heat exchanging. Burner adopt high-efficiency burning device and adjust in big proportion, to make fuel consumption and drying in best condition. With high-precision temperature control device, it achieves discharging temperature to control automatically, which make discharging temperature controlled in 5% proportion.

Air Reverse-jet Bag-type Dust Collector: We adopt special bag design, make the structure compact and clean easily. We also adopt import Duapond temperature-resistant filtering bag, which can achieve 250℃, smoke concentration is less than 100mg/Nm3, meet the national environmental protection requirements. Special design reverse-jet structure, very big filtering space and steam jacket type structure make the dust collecting system work much more stable. Filtering bag is not easy to dew and burn. Special design reverse-jet structure has greatly enhanced the dusting efficiency and filtering bag life. Dust collected by bag is transported to recycling cans by screw conveyor system in the bottom of the box.

Vibrating Screens: Using two layers of four stages of vibrating sieve efficiency, using pull hook fixation. The entire screen is changing fast, convenient and flexible, excitation can be adjusted by the eccentric block, flexible adjustment amplitude loading. Vibration damping rubber has made in the bottom of vibrating screens, which will reduce the main part of measure effect.

Mainframe Part:This equipment is equipped with four hot bins, total volume 15m3. Each heat bin are equipped with material displays bunker.Weighing system consists of three weighing funnel and configuration of the electronic weight sensor separately accurately weighing hot stone, mineral powder and asphalt. Among them, aggregate weighing is capacity of 12,000 m3, fight with 3 force sensor, Powder weighing funnel is capacity for 0.2 m3, with 3 force sensor, asphalt 's capacity is 0.15 m3, also has 3 force sensor.

Mixing Part: It's forced by twin shaft mixer whose bowl is completed by main body, mixing axle, mixing arm, mixing vane, hard wearing plate, discharging device. The plate and mixing vane is made of antifriction cast iron and it can produce more than 10T finished material during service life. Rotary discharging device is forced by one cylinder. Short discharging time, excellent sealing and overload protection.

Bitumen Supplying System: The heating type can be oil or directly-heated asphalt tank on which fixed the liquid level indicator and temperature auto control device that prevent the bitumen in process of heating from being old and deduction. Asphalt transfer is double-skin duct. With heating of conduction oil and insulation of rock wool, bitumen thermal losses in delivery can be minimized.

Diathermia Oil Heating System: Adopt high-efficiency heat conduction oil burner for heating and heat conduction oil in circulation filter process with water-oil separation.Heat oil pressure valves are installed, so as to ensure the safety of heat conduction oil heating system.

Finished Asphalt Storage System: conduction oil pipeline, rock wool and color plate can keep asphalt mixture for long and the tipper is VFC controlled and safe.
